Karupatti Jangiri is a healthy and traditional South Indian sweet made using black gram batter and sweetened with natural palm jaggery (karupatti). Unlike regular jangiri, this version offers a rich caramelized flavor and deep aroma while being a better alternative to refined sugar sweets.
